Our Client Testimonials

I have found The Quil Care Group Ltd to be different from everyone else; they actually are interested in how we work. I liked that they came out to visit my home, to find out what the client’s needs are. They consistently give us the same staff, so that they are no longer seen as agency staff. All staff that come to us have the relevant experience and training, so we can continue to support our clients with their day to day activities.
– Registered Manager, learning disability and supported living for 70 + residents

We have been working with The Quil Care Group for the last 6 months; we like their honesty, every week they send me their staff’s availability, and we can then go through our off duty and book staff. Claire and Laura are very helpful with any last minute shifts we have, and we like the fact that the on call service is the same people we speak to during the day; we know who we are talking to, and more importantly they know us and which staff have come to us before. I like that we are given staff profiles for every member of staff which is sent to us before staff start work.

– Registered Manager, nursing, dementia and complex needs for 30 residents

Recently, we have had some clients who have been seriously poorly; without the support of Quil Care I don’t know what we could have done. Their prices are very fair, and the standard of staff that come to us are excellent. We have them now as our preferred supplier, every member of staff that comes to us have the right attitude and experience. We now book our shifts in advance and we receive them back in an email, which is a lot easier. The office staff accommodate our changing needs. Thank you for your continued support, you have made our jobs so much easier!
– Deputy Manager, learning disability home for 11 residents

Our Staff Testimonials

I have worked for other agencies before but I have not worked for anyone else that makes you feel more part of a team. They ask for our opinions and involve us in the decisions, such as when we were asked to vote on the colour of our uniform. They offer weekly or monthly pay, which has been great for me. I am really enjoying working for The Quil Care Group.
– Support Worker – 15 years’ experience in learning disability, nursing homes, home care, mental health and children

I like the fact that you can speak to the same people all the time, I am not speaking to strangers in the evenings or weekends, shifts are constantly being offered to me at the places I like to go to. That way I can do my job and actually make a difference in people’s lives.
– Support Worker – 7 years’ experience in learning disability, nursing homes and hospitals

The training that is offered is great and you are supported to do as much training as you want. Quil Care has a team feeling.
– Support Worker – 4 years’ experience in learning disability and nursing homes

Quil Care Group have consistently offered me work within my availability, I am going to clients which I feel comfortable going to, and I am treated like a person which is great. Thank you guys.
