I have found The Quil Care Group Ltd to be different from everyone else; they actually are interested in how we work. I liked that they came out to visit my home, to find out what the client’s needs are. They consistently give us the same staff, so that they are no longer seen as agency staff. All staff that come to us have the relevant experience and training, so we can continue to support our clients with their day to day activities.

We have been working with The Quil Care Group for the last 6 months; we like their honesty, every week they send me their staff’s availability, and we can then go through our off duty and book staff. Claire and Laura are very helpful with any last minute shifts we have, and we like the fact that the on call service is the same people we speak to during the day; we know who we are talking to, and more importantly they know us and which staff have come to us before. I like that we are given staff profiles for every member of staff which is sent to us before staff start work.

Recently, we have had some clients who have been seriously poorly; without the support of Quil Care I don’t know what we could have done. Their prices are very fair, and the standard of staff that come to us are excellent. We have them now as our preferred supplier, every member of staff that comes to us have the right attitude and experience. We now book our shifts in advance and we receive them back in an email, which is a lot easier. The office staff accommodate our changing needs.
